Here is a testimonial from Jonathan, an Adams County landlord who participated in the program for his two tenants:

“I recently had both of my tenant units participate in SAFE Housing’s Healthy Home program. The experience was genuinely smooth from start to finish. The Safe housing team came out to their homes and helped my tenants with their paperwork and ensured the project was completed. The contractors were very professional and I’m very pleased with the work that they did in both units. My tenants are pleased with the work as well. All in all, I would say this was a very successful project and highly recommend.”
