8 Principles of a Healthy Home

Adams County Homeowners and Landlords:

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has made grant funds available to Adams County PA homeowners on fixed or limited income and also to landlords who rent to tenants on a fixed or limited income.

These funds are to be used to make health and safety improvements to homes in Adams County based on the HUD guidelines for the “8 Principles of a Healthy Home” (see graphic below).

We will be posting updates here on this blog of the various projects we have completed in Adams County.
